Babcock Preserve

Trail Description:
This loop is a good technical challenge for the weekend warrior (lots of rocks). It's not very long so you may want to do it a couple times to get a good workout. Avoid the trail after any rain. It tends to get very muddy very quickly.

How to get there:
From Merritt parkway take the North street exit. Travel West one mile to entrance on left

Someone needs to go over the trail makers they were misleading and a 1/2 walk turned into 2 1/2 over all I was a little frightened when I cldnt find my way out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey brian if you went further than the parking lot u might have learned that there are many many little trails that branch OFF the main trail that are very tough - but u prolly didnt even make it through the main trail. This park is excellent - albeit a bit small - if you explore ALL the trails

This was beautiful in October (The Fall colors were beautiful). The red trail was the fun one.

Great workout cause of hills, however a bit too many logs in the trails too big to get over. Alot of rocks.
