Trail Description:
This ride offers some step hills with tough climbs, but good downhills. The trail is fairly technical in places. It is definitely worth it just for the beautiful scenery and view of the lake
How to get there:
Take HWY 82 until you see the sign for "Lownds County Park" go to end of road and turn left. Follow road tothe park
Additional Notes:
There is a 2.00 fee at get and please take care of trail.

The Park is call Lake Lowndes State Park. Located in East Lowndes Couty, S. E. of Columbus, Ms (Possum Town). Just off of HWY 182 (former Hwy 82) & Hwy 69.
I think INU must have his trails confused. To us locals, there is no other name for the New Hope Community but New Hope.

HWY 82 and Lownds County are over 100 miles off course. HWY 84 is under construction but about 90% is finished (It is 4 lanes at 65mph). The 98 is 2 lanes and drops to 30mph and has stop lights. I drive from New Orleans and I take 84, it saves about forty-five minuets verses the 98.
