Ride Summary:
Several small loops of single track to choose from.

Trail Description:
This trail ranges from novice to technical. From the parking lot take the first loop which is marked by a bulletin board. A novice trail but quick smooth single track that delivers you to the technical loop. About a 1/4 mile in the trail divides. Go left for technical and right for non-technical. Loops 2-6 get progressively more challenging. Loop 3 has a emerald green creek that you have along side it. A great spot to have your significant other a long for! Loop 7 is a good challenge as it has uphill climbs that give you a good work out.

How to get there:
The trailhead is just south of the Centerville 190 T. From 635,(LBJ), take the Centerville exit and go north. The trailhead is about 6 miles up on your right. The parking lot is at Centerville Road and Castle. If you reach 190 you went to far.

Additional Notes:
There are several challenging creek crossings - you will get wet!

this trail has only gotten better. Its up to 14 loops now. 13 and 14 are about 1 mile long roller costers. I dont bike those but I jog them and they rock. Hikers dont wear headphones here while walking your dogs, coyotes were nipping at mine between tunes

Yes, the trail is in the Garland city limits. nice trail, various levels of difficulty, well maintained by dorba. Centerville, tx is about 2 1/2hrs from Garland.

It is in Garland/Rowlett city limits...Centerville is the street it is located on...

this trail is most enjoyable. not a lot of climbs, but some decent down and ups. the teeter totter was fun. the logs were a nice, yet challenging addition to the trails. approved.

It's a good ride, with water crossings and some decent drops. But too many DORBA stumpjumpers keep piling on the logs in the thick of things. Just leave enough alone.

Um, it's also not "Rowlette". It's "Rowlett". (I live here.)

Great trail which has been expanded to over 12 miles and growing. Some nice new creek drops on loops 9 & 10. And it IS in Garland, not Centerville.

Not too bad, but too many logs, dragged across the trail by the DORBA members, who think they are doing a service to everyone. If you ever wanna see a bunch of Texans posing as hardcore mountain bikers, come here after work or on the weekend.
