There's more to this set of trails than meets the eye. Yes, there is one very steep climb, but there are various other very tricky (not steep) areas to traverse.
All the rain this summer has damaged alot of the original trails, making it much more tricky in some areas along what is called the "Yellow" train.
Actually made it alot of fun!!!
~BUT~ Don't even bother if it has recently rained...or there is rain in the forecast.

Nice trail, one excellent climb, that ofcourse results in a nice downhill ride. most is for beginners except for that "climb and descent" part which might be a tough intermediate. trail alone is 3 bucks

Fun trails with one serious hill to climb. A couple of smaller hills, lots of rocks and roots. My two sons and I enjoy riding the trails on our Hard Tail mountain bikes.

This is a good trail if you're in the Hill Country and want a nice relaxing ride (apart from antiquing and drinking cold beverages). Although, there are a couple of hills and switchbacks that are tricky. Good trails for beginner and intermediate riders. First time riders need to obey to the signs because you can get into one of the drainage ditches and be mangled for life (concrete, rocks and roots). Fredericksburg is not very far if you're hankering for that cold beverage. In Kerrville, eat a Joe's Cafe - it's very good. Happy trails.
