Trail Description:
Great out and back trail with rocks roots, and tree trunks. Killer climbs with some great downhill. From campsite off rt.301 it is a fast ride to view of stillwater pond (on left) then the trail gets hairy with rocky downhill and some climbs to more of the same. When you get to a road (pudding street) cross it and the trail continues along the Taconic to some more great downhill. Eventually bringing you to Peekskill Hollow Road, where I would recommend making a right and riding on the road shoulder to Wicoppee Rd. and make a right taking it back to Pudding street and back onto the trail heading back to the campsite.

How to get there:
Taconic to Route 301/Cold Spring exit. Make right onto 301 heading west a bit to Pelton Pond parking lot. On bike; right out of lot to right into campsite entrance, ride to the end of the road and you will see a gate marking the begining of the trail.

Additional Notes:
Trail can be ridden from Pudding Street as well.
