Trail Description:
It's beautiful as most of the trail is right by the Clear Lake, however this is also a problem as in a few spots the trail has sheer drops right in to the lake. There are some logs & roots. The climbs should be easy for most riders, the terrain changes so much throughout the tail which is why it is great. I goes from fire roads, deep sand, thick woods, pavement, boardwalks & mud.

How to get there:
Wasagaming, which is in Riding Mountain National Park & is three hours away from Winnipeg to the North West. Once in Wasagaming which is a little tourism town, there are so many different trails that lead to it, the easiest way is just to go to the boat launch & hit the litle bridge to the left of the entrance of the boat launch & just park your automobile there. Then ride!

Awesome ride around the lake. Knowing the area means not having to ride on too much of the Lake Audy gravel road on the northwest side. Thru the Reserve 61A there is an old trail that is passible, but know where you are going. From Spruces picnic area to the golfcourse a couple of new sections have been cut due to the erosion/washout of some of the trail. The Park did a great job with this new section! From the golfcourse there is a trail that goes between the lake shore pavement road and Highway #10. Again you have to know where to find this but it can be accessed from the big rock, visible from #10 highway at the top of the hill. Follow the trail, fairly easy to see and it will end up at Deep Bay parking lot. Enjoy the ride. ThePark does a great job of keeping this lake ride trail ridable. Cheers

I have a cabin at clear lake and whenever i'm there i hit this trail every day, it is soo much fun, the faster you go the better it gets, my favorite part is when you get to ride through the lake (3-8 inches)try it out!

No disrespect, but when you compare these trails to real ones in B.C. They can be labeled as cute family rides. Trust me I thought I was hard core then I moved to B.C. Oops. But you gotta learn somewhere.

the spit of land that separates clear lake and south lake is currently washed out. if you're doin this trail be prepared to get wet and carry your bike.
