Very good trail, I have ridden twice, once in and out to coopers rock, the other time started at the top around cradle of forestry and rode thru. Very good ride, highly recommend, good summer ride because the trail follows the river so it is cool and you do get wet, i believe that it is something like 11 river crossings on the thru ride.
