Trail Description:
This trail follows the BPA trail in Federal Way and
is mostly rolling hills. Good trail for beginners
or a family outing. Rentals are available at the
trail head at Celebration Park. Trail ends at the
King County Acquatics (Weyerhauser) Swimming Pool.
Turn around and come back the same way. Mostly up
hill on the return trip.
How to get there:
From I-5, exit at 320th in Federal Way. Take a
left on highway 99 and go one block to 325th. Turn
right on 325th and go up the hill approximately one block to the light. Parking available at the trail head or at Celebration Park.
Additional Notes:
Not worth the drive unless you live close to Federal
Way but great for a little weekend outing with

I agree with the other comments. Surely is a good ride for newbies or those who want a casual ride. Not too hilly or technical. A good ride if you live close, and want a recreational ride with your wife and kids. I'll probably hit this trail with my girlfriend soon who isnt a fan of anything difficult, but still likes to get outside.

The BPA Trail has been extend from 358th street down to the Aquatic Center. This is a great place to bring the "Rookies" along, a scattered of short dirt trails and jumps can be found going toward the Park. You'll come across 2 climbs to burn (warm up) your leg muscles. It's a good trail for the "Newbies".

This trail is actually called "BPA Trail". Its trailhead is actually right next to Celebration Park (there's a great network of off- road trails and gravel paths in the sliver of woods between Celebration Park and the BPA Trail, too!) The City of Federal Way has just begun Phase 3 of development for the the BPA Trail, picking it up across the the street from the King County Aquatic Center). The trail as it exists now is great for beginners, families, etc. with some nice technial singletrack to be discover in the edges of the park-- enough to keep you amused while the rest of your party catches up.

fun trails if you live nearby. definitely nothing to drive far for. the best place to start is at the east end of the aquatic center near the baseball fields. work your way around the lake until you reach the other side of the lake. work your way back to the bridge and hang a left to get on the BPA trail that will take you to celebration park.
