Trail Description:
Great local trail to practice for harder ones. No one ever goes there. Find the trails via the dirt road, then follow through the woods. Very narrow, single lane trails takes you through streams, up steep hills, and down through a dense patch of trees. You will need to maneuver through very narrow gaps between those trees at high speed, making sharp turns to avoid a collision. Good overall practice trails for the harder routes.
How to get there:
From New Brunswick, take Route 1 South to Cozzens Lane(after Walmart and Pathmark shopping centers). Make right on Cozzens Lane, around bend and follow to the end. You will come to a "T" in the road, with a WaWa on the corner. Make a left here onto Route 27 South. Follow this about 1/2 mile until you see Hidden Lake apartments on the left. On the right, you will see a field. Park anywhere you can find a spot, then cross the field to enter the trails.

Great for a beginner trail. This was my first ride on my new bike and I felt really confident the whole time. Their is plenty of fun obstacles and challenging terrain with easy coasters that aren't too demanding. I highly suggest any beginner to check out this trail! The only negative I have is that we did not know where we were going most of the time. The trail has no signs and you pretty much just head "by feel". Otherwise it was a great experience!

This is a good beginner trail, but it's cool for advanced riders if you go faster. you can get a nice workout here. it's true that it is very uncrowded, especially in the early morning hours. i'd like to keep it that way. Connects with the 6 Mile Run too. Don't go. Leave it for me :)

Good beginners trail. Follow the green trail otherwise you are on the Six Mile Run trail system which isn't too bad either.

a good trail for beginners who want a taste of real mountain biking. there's nice singletrack along with open farm space. some good log jumps too. there's a place off the blue trail that someone set up for practice log jumps and for some good air time. watch for the geese. when they have their families around, they attack when you go by. also, after a rain, the mud is thick and hard to steer. sometimes the puddles are a foot deep. but otherwise it's a fun ride.
