Trail Description:
The Hemorrhoid is a trail that is technically advanced, the catch is that there are some spots on it where the trail is less than four inches from 35ft. cliff drops into large rocks, water, and flat rock at the bottom of an old quarry. I believe it's called the hemorrhoid because it is a vein like trail circumnavigating an big hole. It's pretty short but worth checking out along with some other area trails.

How to get there:
Old Highway 18 into Mason City from West or East, head North on Kentucky then East on 12th Street then North on Plymouth Road. Up Plymouth Road appx. one mile there will be water on both sides of the road, immediately following this there will be a pull-off area to the left. Park there and explore.

Additional Notes:
It only takes one mistake on one section of one ride on this trail to be in a world of hurt.

ive ridden this trail for years. Its not alot of technical stuff, but whatever you do make sure you have good breaks and a strong stomach. And when they say 35ft drops there right. i know someone that fell of it walking his bike, and broke his wrist....but take the time to ride it!
