The better loop is start on begining of mewok trail then to old sprins road take that to old maricelo road ride that up to bobcat take bob cat down for a few mile to the start of the miwok. It is a fun ride some fast downhill

This is a nice, smooth fire road to get your heart pumping after being in the city all day. A great addition to this ride is if you start from the Presidio and then cross over the golden gate bridge taking the hill up to the vista point. There is a dirt fire road that is about 3/4 of the way up. This will lead you down to the parking lot and the start of this ride. Watch out for deer in the evenings. I was almost trampled by huge buck that liked my stump jumper. Good ridings-WB

Generally riddled with hikers, equestians, and mountain bikers - heavily used on weekends. Mostly gravel fireroads. Not very technical or interesting trail, views can be quite nice.
