Trail Description:
Abandoned rail line through western rhode island from coventry center to Connecticut state line. Some wet areas that you need to work through near route 102 overpass. One difficult bridge over river in Greene. Good view from the trestle over the Moosup River. Western end connects directly to Connecticut's Moosup Valley trail, which continues for an additional 8 miles.
How to get there:
From route 117 in Coventry Center turn south onto Hill Farm Road. Just before Coventry Men's club, turn right into dirt parking lot. Trail starts beyond the rocks that block auto access.
Additional Notes:

I'm working my way from Cranston to CT boarder. I'm about 7.25 miles from ct boarder. (round trips so it 14.5 from my goal!)
The section I'm on near stump pond is nonestop whoops section. (bunny hops, rhythm section, ect..) It doesn't look like it ends anytime soon.
Watch the bridges!!!!! the one near stump pond is missing 2-3 feet off one end!

This trail is actually part of the greenway which extends in both directions. I have taken the greenway from Trestle Trail all the way to providence. It might not be hard riding, but its relaxing. The greenway is a little rough at first but once past west warwick, it becomes nice and paved. Then stops somewhere around providence.
