at the time of my ride, the trails were over grown with vegetation,or were no challange to me (part time rider)only on good hill,10 seconds of fun.

Don't waste the trip unless you live there. Lots of fun stuff, and there is also a jump park for those who like 6ft doubles. The area has a lot of potential for added stunts, teeters, etc.. Needs a crew of dedicated locals. I have had a blast here.

The trails are short and are either straight down or straight down the side of a plateau - and most end up in apartment complex parking lots. I wouldn't bother unless you live in the neighborhood.
