Ride Summary:
Broken Arrow is one of the most popular routes for mountain biking in the beautiful red rock area of Sedona.

Trail Description:
It provides a great trail for the expert rider as the trail has a lot of steep climbs and shear drop offs. Be careful of other traffic like the Pink Jeeps as they use this area as well and help maintain the trails. With a lot of fast turns and quick descents this trail will quickly become one of your favorites.

Points of interest on the trail are Submarine Rock, Chicken Point, Little Horse and Powerline Loop. Submarine Rock is home of the world famous big slickrock play area. The rock actually looks like a submarine!

How to get there:
From Sedona, head south on HWY 179. Morgan Rd. or Little Horse Trailhead (Red Rock Pathway) or Bell Rock Pathway are all off HWY 179 and well marked and all within 6 miles of Sedona.

breathtaking scenery, technical riding and well kept and marked trails make this one of my favorites! Just don't overrate your skills on the drop-offs like me!

This ride is one of the most beautiful rides in the state. When you get used to the rush from the scenery, head for the "steep, butt drag on rear tire, rear brake locked up, sliding sideways" drops on the red boulders. Then climb straight up in granny gear. Lots of fun! check-out the blue spruce pines. A truly gorgeous and pristine area.
