Me and some of my buddies had a great climb overlooking southern california and traversed down some single tracks. Great excercise and an even better thrill. We are all different skill levels and we all rode away with smiles. Great for seeing nature as well. We saw bobcats, coyotes, rabits and a lot of bird species.

Those that say the trails are flat have not ridden the park. I'd like to see those jokesters ride up Telegraph or South Ridge... Just went today and had a blast. Rode about 8 miles up and down, fireroad and singletrack - all good. For all you snobs that stay away from here because of the Fred's and Betty's that's just fine with me. Was out on a Sunday afternoon and saw about 10 other MTB's.

This used to be a good place to train. Due to the heavy rains last winter, and the States lack of money, the park remains heavily damaged. Telegraph Canyon has been closed for most of the summer along with North Ridge. The Park aquired some new land on the south side of the 91 freeway. This is called Coal Canyon. If you take the road south and take the right fork, theres a 5 mile climb up to a area called Little Moab. This is a good out and back ride. Hopefully the State will fix the rest of the park soon.

really cool on late afternoons (after work). Crowded on weekends and near (<1 mi.) the parking lots. Good training ride

Finally made it up to one of the peaks and down to telegraph road. I've been riding for 5 years, and my riding buddy 2 months. We both had fun. Great singletrack and swithbacks, some technical downhill ruts. The run down telegraph rd is very cool. You just flow down like you're on a cloud. Wish it had some jumps. Go go go and have fun!
