I actually blazed quite a few new trails as i lived right behind the falls through the woods. It's been a few years, but i am sure the trails are still there to this day.

This trail features many different obstacles from beginner to expert level. This trail has both uphills and down hills. Also there are many bridges throughout the trails.

I love this trail. I live at Lake Hayward and my friends and I always ride up to town(Colchester) stop at Subway, get a sub for lunch and get some snacks from the gas station. Then we ride down to the trail. We stay there all day. We go by the slopes at the bottom of the bridge, go swimming at the rope swing, eat lunch, ride around, and go to the warehouse at the end by Amston. It's really fun and we all enjoy the day. We always have fun there.

If you are spending your time on the dirt roads you need to go home! The real trail is across the bridge and up the hill. Some of the best downhills and technical sections in the state! The best place to start is day pond.. you can do a loop that will take you to the Salmon River overlook then back! ANy questions E-mail me scurge70@yahoo.com

this trail is severely underated. if you start at the comstock bridge and cross over and take thefirst left(cattle gate) and climb to the power lines a fun technical ride awaits which leads to day pond state park and many more trails. the rail trail is only 1% of the great riding in this location. technical climbs and screamin fast twisty turny downhills make this ride an ass kicker with the rewards of gravity to boot
