Trail Description:
This beautiful park is surrounded by a paved loop. From this loop you can explore the red green and yellow trails that offer some technical challenges and spectacular views. Be extremely cautious on the yellow trail as it travels along the edge of some extremely dangerous cliffs.

How to get there:
From I-91, head West on Route 291 which turns into Cottage Grove Road at the Blue Hills Ave. intersection. Turn right onto Bloomfield Ave. and then left onto Mountain Road. At the end of Mountain Road, turn right onto Route 185 (Simsbury Road). Follow Route 185 for about 2 miles to a flashing light at the crest of a hill. Turn right into the park entrance here.

Additional Notes:
The blue trail is closed to bikes.

I don't know about the blue trail being closed to bikes, but it offers some extremely technical and challenging riding. Also the landing pattern for Bradley Airport goes over the traprock cliffs. Which is unfortunate because the view is beautiful.
