Went on this trail with the whole family (mom, son-11, son-7 on a tag-along bike hitch to my mountain bike). Trail is heavily used by horse riders and was quite wet in portions. Horses really screwed up the path and required navigation around these parts on foot. Mostly under cover so cool during hot summers. Several downed trees (covered in poisen ivy) but easy enough to get around. Seems like the park administration is not hot on signage (difficult to find the entrance to the trail). The experience would be greatly improved with proper signs. All-in-all a great adventure (my wife even liked it!!)
