The trails at Linton only offer 4 miles, but they are a fun 4 miles. There are no major climbs or descents, just rolling terrain. The land has been reclaimed for recreational use.

From the parking lot, the trail starts up the gravel road to the right just past the bathrooms. There are two trails that start from here. They both intersect each other several times, though the one up the hill to the left is the longer of the two.

How to get there:
From Bloomington, Take HWY 37 to HWY 45 South. Follow 45 for 14 miles to HWY 445. Take 445 West 4 miles to HWY 54 and travel West on 54 for about 26 miles to Linton. After McDonald's, take the next right onto CR 100. Follow CR 100 West for just under a mile to the Linton Conservation Club and park in the parking lot.

I am on the park board of Linton. We are going to put up trail direction signs some time this summer. Some of the trails are used with a local archery group. We would love to have any comments to improve the venue. The trails were constructed by a bike club that no longer exist, but the new Linton park board wants to fix up the Conservation Club. Camping , Improving the trails, adding trails, We need your help to make a good bike trail a better trail. Any comments e-mail me fred@marklemusic.com Thanks Fred Markle

the ups and downs are definitely a lot of fun. plenty of trails keep you busy. just watch out for dead ends. it looks like they're building new trails but right now they'll lead you into a pile of brush more likely than not. overall a great place to ride and definitely worth the trip.

The trails are like rollor coaster rides. Up and down very fast. Alot of fun. Linton is about 25 miles west of Bloomington.

I've spent many days on these trails, and I know 3 things. #1, there are more than 4 miles of trails #2, the roads around the park are beginner, but the trails themselves are nowhere near beginner #3, whoever wrote about Linton Conservation Club either didn't do their job scouting it, or they are completely stupid.

The Linton Conservation Club trail is located in Linton, Indiana not Bloomington, Indiana. They are two totally separate and different cities. This really pisses me off, because I might have driven to Bloomington when I was supposed to be in Linton. Please take care of this. Thanks a lot you.
