Trail Description:
Numerous trails located on Chipman Hill near Middlebury. Single track and fire roads consisting of hard pack dirt. The trails around this hill are moderately technical with obstacles such as rocks and roots. You'll find several steep climbs. A race that begins and ends at the top of the hill on a grassy clearing is held here every fall.

How to get there:
In Middlebury take Washington Street from the U.S. Hwy 7 rotary. Follow this road until reaching High Street and take a left. Continue on this road until you reach a short turn off and yellow fence just before this road intersects with U.S. Hwy 7. Parking is available near the turn off and yellow fence.

Chipman Hill is a great ride. There is only about 3-4 miles of trail on the hill.
