Ride Summary:
This is a ski area. In the summer it offers lots of single track trauks and fire roads to choose from.
Trail Description:
Just outside of Jay you'll find a mish mash trail network at the Jay Peak Resort. Most of the circuit is singletrack and fire roads. The trails around this resort range from light to moderately technical with a few obstacles such as rocks and roots to ride over. Even advanced riders will find Parts of Jay Peak a challenge.
How to get there:
From the town of Jay head south on Vermont State Hwy 282 and follow the signs to the Jay Peak Resort.
Additional Notes:
The TRAM- $18 per day.

I remember going MTB in Jay when i was a kid...crazy is all I can say. I wish they were still opened.

Take this down, Jay doesn't allow riding (unfortunately). There are some good rides around town though, call Firsttrax in Montgomery Ctr., Don will give you the scoop.

Ya i live 10 min from the mountain and there is no more MTB there. It sux cause wanted to ride it. Great skiing/snowboarding here, especialy if you like glades, best around.
