No black diamonds on this island, but the Red Trail ridden from East to West has an exciting last 1/2 mile down to the perimeter road/trail. It is worthwhile to ride the interior trails since the perimeter trail is an hour or less. If you can book passage-only on the Argosy boat and take your camping gear for a weekend, you'll have a pretty good time. I'd say some parts of trails rate a blue circle and most are green squares...and some you'll walk. Watch for walkers on the perimeter trail all the time...NO ONE is expecting bikes.

It's only worth it if you happen to be on the island with a bike. Of course the odds of that are slim to none.

What's the point? The island is too small for any "real" riding.
