Tight single track with tough turns, climbs and a few stream crossings.
Trail Description:
This 8 mile loop trail is located within the 46,000 acre Sand Hills State Forest in southern Chesterfield county. The forest consists mostly of longleaf pine and is managed for timber harvest. The volunteer built trail is considered a very tight twisting singletrack, several climbs and water crossings.
How to get there:
To trail: Travel 10 miles north of McBee on US 1. There will be a sign for Sand Hills State Forest on the left and a dirt road (truck trail 141) will be on the right, turn right onto this road and drive .3 miles to the parking area.

It is sad that so many Indians are not offended by the fact that even after 60 years of Independence we still have so much potervy and hunger in our society but by the fact that it is being depicted by a Westerner. If you have a look at the kind of movies that Danny makes, you will realize that it is far from the crap that comes out of the YashRaj & KJo factories. Trainspotting for example was not a movie I could sit through. I couldnt stomach it. He was showing his own country. So to blame him that he wants to show India in bad light is something I am not willing to accept.

amd the trails are basically nonexistant. I could
tell where trails might used to have been but

After failing to find the trail entrance, I stopped at the State Park office. I was told that the bike trails are now closed and was advised to try the trails at Cheraw instead. I did, they were pretty good. (3.1.10)
