Owassipie Camp

Trail Description:
Technical and fun at the same time. Can be very challenging.

How to get there:
Take US 131 North to the Colby Road exit in Whitehall. Turn left on Colby, go 1/2 mile to Silver Creek Rd. Follow tell end.(6 miles) And it is at the end when you can't go any farther.

Watch the narrow bridge on the east end of Wolverine Lake. I took an unplanned swim off the thing. Cooled me off and got me ready for the enormous hill that followed. GET OFF THE COUCH AND GET OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

careful of those directions! take us31(not 131) north past muskegon, take the russell road exit, turn right and go about eight miles (north) to the camp. excellent trails, great scenery!
