From the town of Jackson, the Snow King trail is one of the toughest most vertical climbs in the Hole. Once you reach the summit, there is a great view of the Tetons, and the Town of Jackson. The backside of Snow King can get a bit sketchy with a few steep single tracks and switchbacks. Once your down the backside of Snow King the trail forks in two different directions, take the the left trial. I made the mistake of going right, and ended up in a small narrow meadow with steep slopes on both side. Before I turned around I spotted a bear near a creak (not uncommon in Jackson) and decided not to push my luck. Anyways, go left at the first fork in the trail. this will take you to Game Creek Trail. Game Creek is the most unbeivable singletrack!!! it is gradual enough for beginners, but best at maxium speed. The traction is sweet, and the turns are burmed out for great cornering. Becareful towards the end for hikers and dogs. If you got any questions go see the guys at Hoback Sp
