Trail Description:
Just oustside of Middletown there is a maze of trails running through the State Park. They consist of smooth hard pack with only a few obstacles. This is a great place to take a significant other on a first ride or to take it easy after a hard day of racing.
How to get there:
Check with an area bike shop. Trails are located in Wadsworth State Park just outside of Middletown.

This was a great Beginner Trail for my wife and I to learn the sport. We loved every time we have gone and would recommend it for anyone that is just starting or who is just wanting a nice relaxing trip.

Wadsworth is great if eithe ryou are just learning how to ride, or want to try some tricker technical stuff. All the trails are hardpacked, and all you have to do is look out for the occasional hiker or horseback rider. Its basically a lot of fun, and you can always jump in the pond when you get tired. To get there from 17 north or south, take the Randolph Road turn at the stoplight on 17 in Middletown, go to your first right onto Pine Street. Go down Pine to the second stop sign, make a left, and drive straight. You are now on Wadsworth Street. Go down Wadsworth street for a ways, you can either enter the park on Laurel Grove Road, or you can park at the main entrance.
