Ride Summary:
A laid back ride out to the geyser which you can see spouting water and steam twice daily.

Trail Description:
Crystal Geyser shoots water 50 feet into the air twice a day. The eruptions can last as long as ten minutes. The geyser is located next to the Green River, and is continuously bubbling and filling tub size pools that make for a cleansing and refreshing dip on hot days. The dirt road is rough as it descends into a sandstone canyon. Pass under the powerlines and go right at the fork. Follow the powerlines to the riverbank to reach the geyser. Return on the same route.

How to get there:
Park at the Green River town park. Pedal east on Main Street across from the river. About 1.5 miles from town, near the entrance to I-70, the road turns south and forks. Take an immediate right turn and pass under the interstate. The trail begins here.

Additional Notes:
Located in Central Utah.

this is a decent trip. however, you need to understand that this geyser is NOT a hot water geyser, thus, there is no steam during an eruption! this geyser is CO2 powered and is COLD water. before you write a review, you should do your research!
