Important note: The Coleman Lake trail I rode is close to Heflin, so I'm not sure if this the same one. I rode this trail with my five year old son. It's easy riding, but does have some ups and downs. We were there in spring and it was perfect. The lake is beautiful and most of the trail is wooded. Some of it goes through the day use areas of the campground

There is a well kept two mile trail around the lake. It is pretty much a beginer trail but is good for a few laps. The access is right at the day use area on the lake.

This trail does exist although it is very very hard to find. It is a nice 12 mile ride that circles around Coleman Lake. If you want directions email me. cjjwh@yahoo.com
