Trail Description:
This trail is not for everyone, but for those who want to get better at handling their bike. It is like an old rock quarry.
The trails are all made by the locals, the are technical, fast, rocky, alot of roots and small drop-offs. The trails are interconnected and there are new trials to be explored every time you ride.
Helmet a must, these trails will challenege you.
How to get there:
In Madison take University to the college and then take a left at ridge then a right on kendall and then you are there. These trails are in the heart of madison.

Very fun... lots of spots to test yourself. Even fun on a rigid single speed, Trials, dirtjumping, freeride. Not really a place for the xc guy, if you want distance, this is not the place. If you want to catch air and make your heart pump... check it out. It's small but the hills and jumps keep it interesting.

It actually says "Corey Park" on the map. This park is very cool. Half of it is for beginners and old farts walking dogs and the other half is dirt jumps and straight up, straight down saddles. A good place to get hurt. Enter behind Whole Foods off University to access the jumps.

I've been riding this park since before it was legal to ride. Hermits Park, their used to be a hermit liveing out of a hut in the big clearing, is a great place to ride at any level. The trails are most all single-track and criss cross the whole park so that you can ride all day and never take the same line twice. Its all there; 20 foot deep rollers, dirt quarter-pipes, three story straight downhills, jumps, drops, you name it, and the whole park is smaller than a city block. For the tightest technical youve probably ever seen, go to Madison and find Hermits Park, aka: Quarry Park, Bagels Forever. Best bike ship: The Yellow Jersey, 421 State st, tell him Josh sent you.
