I ride here about 2-3 times a week during the season. I think its a great place regardless of skill level. You can get more and more challenging depending on which trails you take. I wouldn't recommend Fox Hollow trail because it is designed for hikers and therefore tons of sand.

After Hartshorne, Huber's one of my favorite places to ride in NJ. If you don't ride all winter, it's a great place to rebuild your stamina for more challenging terrain. There's definitely more than three miles of trails; it's about half the size of Hartshorne with trails running through most of the park. Just watch out for horses; it's not uncommon to come flying around a turn and spook a horse. And with horses comes manure...not the most pleasant thing to clean off your legs and bike.

This is a great little trail, but it is SMALL. OK for a quickie, no technical, but some cool hills and nice scenery. Also, often crowded, and mucho horse poop for your tires to deal with.

This was a fun ride. There is alot of sand in some areas so I would recommend cleaning the hell out of your bike when you get home. All in all its fun and a good warmup for hartshorne.

There are a few good down hills to get some speed on. One trail here has a couple of great log piles to climb if you like to be a showoff to your friends. I would recomend riding Huber, then go to Hartshorne from here. They are about a 1/2 mile from each other in distance. Both trails are awesome!
