The name is Kettle Moraine, not Maraine. Very crowded on peak weekends. Go out during the week, and you might only run into 10 people if your lucky. Also, the best trails less than 2 hours from Chicago. BIG D

I've done this trail 5 times now. I'm kind of hooked. Cover yourself in bug spray and prepare to work your butt off!

Long XC trails should please the spandex riders. There is a lot of terrain that goes to waste. It would be great if there was a decent set of jumps. The kettles could make some great lines for dirt jumping, but the only place to get air is the wood chip pile in the parking lot. On the good side, you can bring a cute lady here and she won't be afraid of imminent death.

These trails were really fun, If you take the blue or green trails its pretty intense lots of down hills and tons of rocks which kinda pissed me off, but overall its a really good ride. There are also alot of steep climbs and decents, it does keep you on your toes, you dont know whats coming next. Its worth the time if you have it, my first time there i took the blue trail which has an extra section to it, it took about 3 hours. Super fun!
