Trail Description:
In the middle of Coquitlam but feels like being in the countryside. There are two small lakes in the middle of the park, lots of trees. It's a great place to walk on a hot day because of the trees.

mostly fat gravel trails, but there are
quite a few singletrack dirt trails
winding through the forest; hard to
find, but they are there. explore them
and you will eventually find a spot
where kids built a little dirt jump park
(although it is disused, undersized, and
i think the city has tried to destroy it
and block the dirt trails. The trails
are pretty tight and slow, but there are
a couple decent sections. Hint: you can
find the dirt tracks along 'owl trail'.

They were aiming to extend mtb trails here in 2009,
are there good single trails somewhere now? If so,
can't find them. Anyone know where they are?

Well, this place is just great for people like me who lives near the place, and want to feel in the middle of nowhere for a while. It couldn't be the hardest, but it's a really great place to have fun.
