Trail Description:
Rolling singletrack trail. Has short steep uphills and downhills. Very thechnical in places. Great place to polish up your skills. basically 100% singletrack except where it crosses obscure gravel roads.

How to get there:
From Portland, OR go out US Route 26 west to State Route 6 (Wilson River Highway). Follow Highway 6 to the summit of the coast range (1/2hr?) and turn left at the Browns Camp sign. There is a parking lot and the trail begins up a small gravel road right off the gravel parking lot. Usually there are motorbikes around, but they stay off the bike trails. This trail is one of my all time favorites.

During the call with analysts, company executives emphasized their efforts to make

This trail was quite amazing. I was out of shape and it definitely kicked my @ss! Great condition, only some parts had some rough stumps and roots, but it was a good break for the quads. We went and there was no one on the trail and only the occasional 2 stroke and gun fire in the distant. We will be back soon for more and I need a new bike! It got trashed! Don't try this trail unless you have a few hours to dedicate to finding the right route. Can be sort of confusing but not it all makes sense.

good riding - i rode an 8 mile loop out here a few years ago / but the noise was REALLY bad - bad enough that i went elsewhere to ride - the wilson river trail is awesome

We did Storey Burn, Summit, Gravelle and Historic trails this weekend. This is the best mt biking there is. Scenic, buff and technical trails with lots of up/down. Also do Sickler Lars if you want to do some all mountain!

Excellent trails almost year round. Rains and snowmelt make this much tougher in wet months. I recommend waiting for the trails to dry for enjoyment and trail preservation.

There are maps of the trails at http://www.oregon.gov/ODF/TSF/docs/StoreyBurnTrail.pdf http://www.oregon.gov/ODF/TSF/docs/HistoricHikingTrail.pdf Haven’t done it yet but I have heard good things.

Good times! When its wet is more difficult also much more difficult to do trail counter-clockwise. Recommend parking at Rogers camp trailhead as it is less insane than Browns with all of the ATVs
